Long answer, we do corporate and personal head-shots, family portraits, group photos, events, and… well, pretty much anything you can think of.
We’re always happy to help out new talent. We do actor’s composite cards/headshots, dancer photos, glamour/fashion and personal branding images.
You bet we can! From explainer videos to motion graphics and animation, we do it all.
Nope. We don’t do weddings.
Back in the early days of the new century we gave wedding videos a shot. We made some really great videos. Broadcast quality stuff. Ahead of it’s time type stuff. But the market just wasn’t ready for what we had to offer and we weren’t able to lower our prices and still put food on the table.

Each project is different, but turnaround time for photos is usually 24 hours. Video projects usually take 3 days. Some projects may take longer, depending on complexity.
It depends on the project. Some projects will require payment in advance, while others will be due after the shoot is complete.
In either case, we’ll send you an invoice by email which will include the option of paying by credit card or bank transfer. Or, you can pay us by good old fashioned check. (Do people still use checks?)
We require 24 hours notice in order to cancel or reschedule a shoot.
Some projects may require us to rent equipment or book talent, facilities and/or additional crew. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee based on those additional items.
We understand how unpredictable the weather is, so we’re flexible when it comes to scheduling around a storm.
For Real Estate photos, we can usually do interior images no matter what the weather is like outside, but if it’s not possible to shoot exteriors we’ll come back another day at no charge.
All projects are the intellectual property of Impact Digital Media, LLC. We grant usage rights to our clients, but the copyright remains with Impact Digital Media, LLC. However, rights to any image or video may be purchased for an additional fee.
We deliver our finished digital projects through Dropbox. We’ll send you a download link that will remain active for seven days. If you need access to your images after that time, just let us know and we’ll send you a new link.
